当然，课下的时候大家可以一起玩，但是上课的时候一定要认真学习。大家在初中的'时候已经对英语有一些了解了，应该知道英语与我们的生活息息相关，它不像数学那么枯燥，也不像物理那么难，是一门很有趣的学科，常常被称为理科中的文科。如果以前初中没有学好的话，也不用太担心，从现在开始认真学习也是能够赶上的，还有，初中的时候都是老师在讲台上给大家做实验吧，我们以后会安排大家去实验室自己做实验的，相信大家可以逐渐感受到英语这门学科的魅力并且喜欢上它。
接下来，我还想提几点上课的要求，
第一：上课要认真听讲，不能趴在桌子上睡觉，如果你觉得困的话，可以自己站在后面听讲，我不会说你，相反，我觉得这样说明你的态度是端正的；
第二：上课不能说一些无关紧要的话，如果有什么问题可以讨论，也可以举手提问，但是不能大声喧哗，吵到其他同学；
第三：布置的作业要按时完成，我不会布置很多的作业，但是大家一定要独立自觉完成。
最后希望大家能够学好英语，在三年后考上自己理想中的大学。

通过考试，今天，我以本岗位笔试第一的成绩进入了面试。对我来说，这次机会显得尤为珍贵。
我叫，今年27岁。1997年7月我从师范学校艺师美术专业计划内自费毕业。由于从97年起国家不再对自费生包分配，使我与“太阳底下最光辉的职业”失之交臂。幸好，当时河西马厂完小师资不足，经人介绍，我在该完小担任了一年的临时代课教师。回想起那段时光真是既甜蜜又美好，虽然代课工资很低，但听着同学们围在身旁“老师”、“老师”的叫个不停，看着那一双双充满信任的眼睛，那一张张稚气的小脸，生活中的所有不快都顿时烟消云散了。我原想，即使不能转正，只要学校需要，就是当一辈子代课教师我也心甘情愿。
