对于小学毕业班的语文教学，特别是课堂教学，谈一些我的不成熟的做法。下面我就从教学工作和班级管理两方面谈谈毕业班工作

一、首先是教学工作：

我在教学中注重了几个习惯的培养：

1、认真预习的习惯。要求学生预习时利用工具书完成生字词的自学与积累；课文内容的预习，并做好记录；还有课文的朗读甚至是背诵任务。当然这样的要求，本来对刚接手的这个班是很难完成的，开始时我要求很低，要求他们利用各种工具书自学生字词和课文内容，并做上记录，当然要发动了小组学习的作用，让他们协助完成，小组长做好检查工作，对不同学习情况的学生进行了不同要求，对没有认真完成的老师进行了及时谈话处理。

2、认真早读的习惯。我一定会进教室指导学生读书。在早读课上要求学生读好课文，完成背诵任务，还有各种积累，说到积累，我采取了有的放矢，除了完成教学任务，我还在每小段时间里让学生完成各种积累，比如词语的积累（比如：AAB式、AABB式，ABAB式，ABAC式，描写人物品质的，描写人物外貌的，描写人物神态的，描写人物心里的，描写人物动作的，描写景色的，含动物的成语，含人体部位的成语，成语故事，含反义词的成语，含近义词的成语等）；关联词语的积累，教师分好类，并要求学生造句，每个三个以上；古诗的积累等。这些积累每次布置一些，采用不同方式，不同地方写出来，在规定的时间内检查，当然检查要充分利用小组长来完成，小组长及时汇报，教师要对完成情况做及时处理。

3、认真作业的习惯。我觉得此环节很重要，至少对要求考试分数来说是这样。为此，我要求学生要按时按质完成作业，当然不是一刀切，对不同学生不同要求。班长，学习委员牵头，各小组长具体负责的检查模式，老师对检查情况及时处理。比如我们班有个叫舒飞的学生，在开学一周的作业中，小组长反映他经常没有做完作业，于是引起了我高度重视，我首先和他进行了单独的谈话，对他进行了耐心的思想教育，并提出以后他的作业我亲自检查，并根据作业表现做及时的表扬，这样他逐渐的养成了认真作业的习惯。自从他爱做作业以后，他早读，上课，家庭作业都是很好，一个月下来，在语文、数学等各项检测中他都名列班上前五名，毕业检测他也是班上第三名。

4、敢于和困难作斗争的习惯。我们班开始的时候很多学生做语文作业时，他们认为所谓做不起的就不会做，只做那些简单的。比如阅读题，很多学生都不会做，为此，在阅读教学和作业讲解中我常鼓励学生大胆发言，老师提出的问题或作业中的问题，要大胆思考，经常动脑，一个问题总要有自己的见解或者答案，哪怕是错的也必须说，或者做，因为这样他才会愿意去思考去做，这样经过一段时间，真的大有进步。

当然，要想取得好成绩，我觉得特别要抓好毕业系统复习工作。我主要做好了一下几个方面：

1、找准薄弱。复习过程一方面是对所学知识进行归纳整理，使知识更加有连贯性，系统性和规律性，另一方面也是让学生进行自我调整，查漏补缺。所以，我在复习之前要了解学生掌握知识的情况，既要找到学生普遍存在的不足，又要

发现个别的不足，针对这些情况设计复习内容，合理安排复习时间。

2、善于归类。通过六年的学习，学生在基础知识、阅读方法、习作方法等方面已经有了一定的积累，复习阶段，教师要善于引导学生对积累进行归类整理，提炼方法，形成系统的知识网络体系。呈现给学生的练习要有代表性，内容要“精”，形式要“全”，方法要“活”，切实做到做一题，学一法，会一类，通一片，以获取“省时高效”的复习效果。

3、注重运用。知识的积累最终是为了运用，因此，复习中要创设各种语言情境和生活情境，引导学生在原有知识积累的基础上最大程度地去运用，真正体现学以致用。

4、注重检测。复习查缺补漏，主要是通过模拟题来查验学生掌握知识的漏洞，模拟题的设计要有梯度，由易到难，再由难到易，要鼓士气，要有信心，也不要他们骄傲。在他们体会到成功的喜悦的同时，增强学习的自信心，提高复习效率。模拟题也要有针对性，要及时检查复习效果并及时处理。

二、班级管理工作：

（一）明确目的、严格要求

我要求学生做任何事情都应该有明确的目的。因此，在接手这个班之后，我经常教育学生要遵守学校班级各方面规章制度。经常告诉他们上课的时候应该怎么做，下课的时候又应该怎么做，同学之间该如何相处，各门课程中学生应该有的学习态度以及学习行为进行细致的要求。尤其是各班干部、小组长应该怎么做。要求各班干部各施其职，小组长管好自己小组，各学生管好自己。

（二）培养小助手，减轻老师负担。

我相信学生在我的主导作用下能管好自己，所以，我充分发挥班干部的主体作用。首先，我通过考察和同学的讨论选出了班干部，然后我大胆进行“放权”，：通过几次班干部例会，要求班干部敢想，敢做，只要能发动同学们自觉参与班级管理，有利于同学们的学习和各种爱好的发展，什么想法和活动都可以讨论都可以做，学校开展的很多活动班干部都能组织学生完成，比如六一的庆祝活动，可以说是学生自己完成的。我充分发挥小组长的作用，让他们为老师减负，帮老师检查学生的作业，为此，每个小组都有两名小组长，当然小组长一定要成绩较好，所以班干部有的要兼任小组长。我对他们进行了一段时间的培养，让他们明白怎样检查作业，如何处理作业，也经常和他们进行交流，了解学生作业情况，我进行了及时处理。我也采用了小组比赛的方式，看哪些小组作业做得好，这项工作就让班长和学习委员完成，这样学生的作业情况真的很好。

（三）爱学生，相信学生，经常和他们交流，让学生喜欢学习。

我会经常跟自己的学生接触、交谈，有空的时候常跟他们谈心，谈一些学习方法，这些有意无意的谈心，增进了我们师生的感情，使学生觉得老师很在乎他们、看重他们，从而我们有了很好的师生关系，有很多学生下课的时候愿意和我交流。当然他们点滴进步，我都要在班内进行表扬，鼓起他们学习的勇气，树立起他们的自信心。在班内，我还常开展评比活动，对成绩差的学生我都会找到他们的进步，在班上进行表扬，有几个学困生的成绩有很大提高。同学们也爱学习了，觉得学习是愉快的。

（四）加强家校联系。

我一共开了三次家长会，分别是两期的开学不久和十一册发通知书的时候。家长会的主要目的是要让家长明白学校老师是如何开展教育教学的，让家长在家里怎样监管孩子更加有效，并和家长经常交流学生的情况，这样双管齐下，才能

收到教育的效果。还经常和家长保持电话沟通，有时也单独谈谈。这样共同商量对策，做到了有的放矢，学生的学习情况，思想情况就能及时掌握。

经过我们师生共同努力，我们班在毕业质量检测中语文平均分达82.73，从分数看还是令我满意。
